Focus of Leadership Services

1. Increase community awareness of the needs in mathematics and science     education.
2. Strengthen Science and Math Committee (SAM) ISD-wide. Anyone wishing
    to be a part of the SAM Committee, please contact the Center. Each     School District should have a Mathematics and Science representative for     Elementary, Middle School and High School.
3. Increase participation in MCTM and MSTA by area teachers.
4. Implement strategies and networks for student programs and professional     development.
5. Coordinate area wide initiatives
